Exchange & Returns

It is ok to change your mind. We all do sometimes. We have a range of products that are similar and if you would like to exchange yours to another one more suitable, we are happy to do this for you. If you have questions about the products and would like our experts to advice you please contact us through social media, email, phone or visit if you would like.

Some of our bikes are custom made, so exchanging them will be slightly more complicated. In order to make sure you are fully satisfied, we urge you to call us if you are considering buying a custom made bike.

For return of any item you can either exchange it to something else or get store credit to be used for something later when you see something you like. We also accept full returns with your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. Please note that the product you return must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging for us to accept it back.

If you are not satisfied with your product you can simply send us an email and we will arrange for free. All you will pay is the shipping costs on your product.

For International Orders, please send us an email and we can arrange pick up with our shipping carrier. Charges will apply.
