Where do you deliver to and when?

At the moment we deliver to all locations in the UAE, typically next day on orders placed before 4pm and for free. For deliveries to very remote areas (e.g. some places in the Western Region) it may take an extra day or 2. For delivery outside of UAE has extra charges but we ship all around the GCC region except Qatar. Please make sure you are present at the address you have given us to receive your products. If a product I've bought is not quite what I wanted can I return it?

If it’s not been used and is still in the original packaging, yes you can. We offer free returns. It is ok to change your mind. If it has been used and you have experienced a problem with the product or it is faulty, please contact us and we will work out the best way to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Working for Frontier Sports and Global Climbing sounds exciting, where do I apply?

If you are an outdoor person and feel you would contribute to what we do, we would like to hear from you. We have several departments from sales to logistics and accounting, or bouldering coaches for Rock Republic.

Is there much to do in the outdoors here in the region?

This is the question we get asked the most as many people just think it’s all just sand and brunches here in the sandpit. This couldn’t be further from the truth though. With the Hajar Mountains forming a huge 3000m high, 750km long limestone back bone down a peninsular surrounded by sea and full of crazy wilderness environment there is lots and lots to do, we recommend starting with:

Will I receive confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email once you have proceeded with the checkout and payment. The confirmation email will state the product, how much you have paid and expected delivery time.

How will I be able to track the delivery?

You will either receive a phone call or an email from us confirming your order and detailing instructions on who is delivering. We deliver all bikes and products ourselves or through a trusted third-party courier such as UPS or Fedex for smaller items. In a case of courier delivery, you will receive email upon dispatch with tracking number. You can always call us on +971 (0)4 8829361 to follow up.

Can I buy it as a gift and send to someone else?

Yes of course you can. Just make sure you get the shipping address correctly and the person receiving it will be there to receive it. You can also drop us an email to ensure your order arrives as a gift. In case of gifting services such as bike maintenance or service, email us on support@frontiersports-me.com to we can issue a customized gift voucher with private message.

My package didn’t arrive what do I do?

As mentioned before, you will be contacted through our team on phone or email detailing our method of shipping with either contact person or tracking number. In case your package is not delivered, contact us on +971 (0)4 8829361

I can’t see what I want, who do I contact?

Contact support@frontiersports-me.com and we will see what we can do to help you.

Can I pre-order products?

Yes of course you can. You can send us a request and as soon as the products are in we will let you know.
